Nicky
Maxwell, President of Mississippi
Security Police, formed
MSP in 1998 and has developed the
company from three people
to it's
current level of over one hundred
eighty-five employees
including a management staff of
eleven.
Mr. Maxwell
is a state certified police officer and
is currently the Chief
of the Jackson County Sheriff’s
Reserves. Additionally Nicky is a member
of ASIS
International;
an international security organization
and the National Juvenile Detention
Association. Nicky has served in
management positions for the
past fifteen years, and a member of:

Tony Best,
Vice President of Mississippi Security
Police has been with the company since
it's beginnings in 1998.
With thirteen years in Law Enforcement
and twenty years in Security
Management, Mr. Best has the experience,
knowledge, and expertise to
develop whatever aspect of the
security management field is required to
the needs of the client.
Mr. Best is also a state certified police officer,
ordained minister (police chaplain),
and serves
as Chief of the Gautier Police
Reserves. Additionally, he
holds a degree in Criminal Justice, is a
Certified Security Executive (CSE) and
is a member of:
